Are pesticides taken into account when rating food products?

The application doesn't take pesticide levels into account since this information is not included on labels, so it's very difficult to determine. This would require a laboratory analysis, which is very costly.

However, the rating does take into account the organic aspect of a product via the European Eurofeuille organic label, which both guarantee the absence of the use of chemical pesticides.
