I scanned a product that has no score. Why?

The message "Not rated" appears:

  • for scanned products that Yuka is unable to score: infant formulas, alcohol, cigarettes, diapers, nutritional supplements, products without nutritional values, etc.
  • for products whose list of ingredients is in a language that's not supported by the application. Yuka currently analyzes only products whose list of ingredients is in English, Spanish or French.

If, however, you don't feel that the lack of score is justified, you can send it back to us via the application, indicating the product's bar code as well as its nutritional information.
