How do we inform the team of an error with a product?

You can report an error with a product to the team directly via the application. It will be corrected within 24 hours.To do this, first click on the sheet for the product concerned, then:

On iOS:

  • Click on "A problem with this product?" on the bottom of the product sheet.
  • Click on "Contact Yuka".
  • Describe the error you wish to report in as much detail as possible. Feel free to include a photo if necessary.

On Android:

  • Click on the three dots on the top right of the product sheet.
  • Click on "A problem?" then on "Contact Yuka".
  • Describe the error you wish to report in as much detail as possible. Feel free to include a photo if necessary.
