I installed the application on two phones, but it only works on one phone. What should I do?

If you've reset your password when you installed the application on your second phone, the application will no longer work on your first phone.

To do this, you should:

  • Log out of the application on your first phone. Click here to see how to do this.
  • Then log back in on this phone with the new password that you designated on your second phone.
